Chef Doug Allen perfected this seasoning for use in his kitchens over the past 35 years. The fish camp crew demanded a year round supply to use back at home. You have in your hand a seasoning that can be used for steak, fish, vegetables, and pretty much anything needing a clean taste of salt and pepper.

Sea salts from pristine waters around the world, fresh ground black pepper, citrus for acidic note, and dried vegetables for umami. No MSG or chemicals!
